Restoring Honor

Korean War Memorial
A couple of weeks ago we spent Friday and Saturday in Washington D.C. Glenn Beck organized a rally where Americans came together to reflect on the beliefs this country were founded upon. There were all walks of life there but we were all united that we should support the military, recognize God in our lives and treat each other with charity. There were hundred's of thousands of people there and I'm grateful our family was able to go! The kids were great during the 3 hour presentation. I think they felt it was neat to be a part of such a large gathering.

ALMOST DONE!

My parents just left and we had a great visit! My dad worked his fingers, back, and knees to the bone. He laid this beautiful tile floor in the kids bathroom and in my bathroom. Now we just need to paint and replace baseboards.

He also put up this gorgeous backsplash which is almost finished! All it needs is a coat of sealer and it will be done. Then I need to do some touch-up painting and the kitchen will be done! Yea! I'll post pictures of all those who have helped and made it possible. We've literally had a revolving door of family coming to help us with everything. We feel so blessed to have this time to spend with relatives! How can we thank them?

Sorry I forgot to post pictures of what we did in July. We had and great time and everyone loves the new catalog!
